Fields
1. Electrical (Electrical Part)
Description: The name or type of the electrical part of the truck being inspected. For example, this could be lights, battery, alternator, etc.
Purpose: To identify the specific electrical component under review during the inspection.
2. Mark
Description: A checkbox to indicate whether the electrical component has been marked as inspected and functioning properly.
Purpose: To confirm that the electrical part has been checked and is in good working order.
Usage
Adding Electrical Components to the Checklist
Access the Parent Document: Navigate to the parent document that includes the Truck Electrical Checklist (such as a vehicle inspection record).
Add a Row: In the checklist table, add a new row to record a specific electrical component.
Enter Component Details:
Electrical Part: Enter the name of the electrical part you are inspecting.
Mark: Check the box once the inspection is completed and the part is confirmed to be functioning correctly.
Regular Maintenance Inspections
During regular vehicle maintenance or inspection routines, users will use the Truck Electrical Checklist to ensure all critical electrical parts are reviewed.
